Health coaching is a holistic process where a client is challenged to facilitate a healthy and sustainable behavior change. 

This is done through goal setting and action planning, as well as nutrition and wellness education.

When you work with a health coach, you're seeking more than a quick fix when it comes to your diet and health.

Looking past just the food you eat, we take a look at every aspect of your well-being which can include relationships, your career, spirituality, and your environment. We aim to help clients create lifelong habits that are dedicated to optimizing their wellness.

As your health and wellness coach, I can help you to create routines and habits that will improve your overall health and well-being. We will focus on lifestyle and behavior changes in five areas of wellness:

  • Movement and Exercise Routines

  • Stress Management

  • Sleep Rituals

  • Mindfulness

I will work closely with you to understand your goals and to develop a plan to achieve your goals and track your progress. I will provide loads of positive support and share helpful resources to add to your personal wellness toolkit. I will be your accountability partner every step of the way.
