Join our health and wellness coach, Jackie Bean, for a relaxing and reflective evening.

Registration is $30 per person and each session will include: breathing, visualization, and reflection/writing prompt to focus on promoting mindfulness.

Seating is limited. Please wear comfortable clothes; bring a journal and a yoga mat if you have one!
