Our Exercise Physiologists

Lee attended Miami University of Ohio and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health. He then attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Lee started working for The Winchester Institute in March of 2016 as a Rehabilitation Specialist and Administrative Care Coordinator. He was then promoted to Rehabilitation Manager at The Winchester Institute. His hobbies include working out, running, spending time with his dog, reading, playing and watching sports, and cooking.

Lee loves his job because of the patients' gratification. He says, being a part of someone's transformation is the best part of the job. Helping our patients decrease pain, showing them that they are not "broken", and increasing their quality of life is very rewarding.

Aaron graduated from Hocking College in 2013 with an associate degree in Fitness Management and he received his Certified Personal Trainer Certificate from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Aaron began working with The Winchester Institute in January of 2018. His hobbies include writing and recording music, hiking, and playing with his two cats. Aaron entered this field because he loves helping patients to feel their best. Aaron is enthusiastic about educating his patients on how to continue living without pain long after their time here with the Rehab team.
