Our Exercise Physiologists



Lee attended Miami University of Ohio and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health. He then attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Lee started working for The Winchester Institute in March of 2016 as a Rehabilitation Specialist and Administrative Care Coordinator. He was then promoted to Rehabilitation Manager at The Winchester Institute. His hobbies include working out, running, spending time with his dog, reading, playing and watching sports, and cooking. 

Lee loves his job because of the patients' gratification. He says, being a part of someone's transformation is the best part of the job. Helping our patients decrease pain, showing them that they are not "broken", and increasing their quality of life is very rewarding.



Jake graduated from Ohio University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Physiology of Exercise and again in 2019 with a focus on Clinical Physiology of Exercise. Jake began working with The Winchester Institute in September of 2019. With a passion for exercise and learning, he hopes to help patients improve their overall health and well being via exercise as well as educate them on how to maintain their progress following their time with the rehab team. His hobbies include weightlifting, cooking, listening to music and spending time with his family and dog.



Keith was born and Raised in Toledo, Ohio and moved to Columbus in 2014 to attend Otterbein University where he graduated with a BS in Exercise Science/Health Promotion with a minor in Nutrition. He also holds an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer Certification. Keith began working at The Winchester Institute in July of 2019. His passions are training high school/college athletes to become the best athletes they can be, and interacting with individuals and seeing the improvement of each person over time. His specialties include Sports Specific Training, Strength Training, and Corrective Movement & Stretching. He enjoys lifting weights, cooking, listening to podcasts,Netflix, and playing basketball with friends in his spare time.



Veronica graduated from Ohio University in 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in Physiology of Exercise. She then went on to receive an ACSM Certified Personal Training Certification. Veronica joined the Rehab team at The Winchester Institute in August of 2019. Her passion is using exercise as medicine and loves to share that passion with those around her. Her free time is spent coaching and competing in Crossfit, training for sprint triathlons, baking, hanging out with family and playing with her fur babies.
