The Winchester Institute of Chiropractic Health and Wellness, a strong and reputable brand, is seeking a motivated, success-driven Doctor of Chiropractic to complete our 4-Physician group in Dublin, Ohio. Located right outside of Columbus off of Interstate 270, our new facility is amazing! Perfectly designed and decorated, we are a free standing 8,000 square foot building directly in the center of a professional office park. Our clinic is complete with its own rehabilitation, massage, and marketing departments.

 Our next Doctor should:

  1. Plan to learn how to refine an EHR S.O.A.P. note in order to pass and win an insurance audit or appeal;

  2. Desire to take control of one’s income, avoiding a limited salary-pay arrangement or a cap to one’s income;

  3. Desire to be a team player alongside a group of three other Doctors ready to help our newest team member succeed;

  4. Plan to receive compensation for prescribing rehabilitation and licensed massage/manual therapy alongside Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy;

  5. Be ready to learn how to professionally and effectively obtain new patients from reputable community outreach events and lunch-n-learn presentations;

  6. Be ready to learn the key principles of turning a new patient into a lifelong patient of preventive Chiropractic care.

Our Doctors’ compensation is significantly above the national average on Associate DC pay. A six-figure salary is expected after 12-16 months. No cap to salary. Compensation percentage increases with Doctor’s collection total. No limit to paid time off. Practice and Billing Manager

The Winchester Institute of Chiropractic Health and Wellness (Dublin, Ohio) is seeking a full-time practice manager. Our doctors take pride in educating each of our patients on the wellness model of healthcare and emphasize nutrition-based disease prevention.

Our practice manager will need to plan, coordinate, direct, and supervise all elements of our facility. Candidate must possess EHR, billing, and management experience. The applicant will work to develop business strategies, manage budgets, and oversee day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary, group-health and wellness facility. In this important role, the successful applicant will need to ensure the business needs of the practice are met and actively work to recruit new patients and maintain established relationships.

Job Responsibilities

1. To orchestrate and implement necessary steps for hiring and firing.
2. To maintain and manage our coding, billing, collections, patient services, and work policies.
3. To work closely with our physicians and service providers developing business strategies, maintaining company culture, and overseeing daily operations.
4. To orchestrate insurance appeals, review insurance contracts, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
5. To manage our administrative team through scheduling, technical issues, and daily patient flow.
6. Responsible for overseeing employee payroll, benefits, and pension accounts.
7. To ensure day-to-day business is handled according to high standards and office guidelines.
8. To ensure the practice is running smoothly and successfully while also working to expand the business.

Our practice manager must have strong leadership, communication, record keeping, and analytical skills. Individual must possess an ability to listen, respond, and problem-solve with solid solutions. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to create a five-star patient-service experience.

Education & Experience: Candidate must hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or healthcare management (or equivalent). 2-3 years practice management and billing experience required.

Licensed Massage Therapist

The Winchester Institute is looking to hire a licensed massage therapist to work inside our fresh and modern office. Set inside a 5,000 square foot facility in Dublin Ohio, our newly designed and constructed massage and spa rooms offer the perfect environment for healing. The Winchester Institute Team is dedicated to creating total wellness, taking care of the body and mind within one spectacular location. Pay is hourly and based upon experience and qualifications. Position may qualify for participation in 401(k) American Funds Retirement Vehicle with up to a 4% Employer Match and a 5% Profit Sharing Pension Plan.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • License in Ohio with liability insurance

  • Professionalism

  • Possess exceptional communication skills and patient rapport

  • Must be able to perform consecutive 30, 60 or 90 minute massage therapy and deep tissue/trigger point massage therapy based on Doctor and patient needs

The Winchester Institute, a multi-disciplinary, integrative healthcare facility in Dublin, Ohio, is looking for an energetic and motivated Administrative Care Coordinator for a full-time office administration position. Job responsibilities include:

  • scheduling patient appointments, coordinating office flow, handling cash and insurance collections

  • balancing accounts receivable and managing the front office of a 4-Physician staff.

A friendly, healthy and positive personality is a must! We are looking for someone that is interested in making a long-term commitment. Prior office administration experience in a healthcare setting is preferred for the position, however, not required.
