As a Chiropractic Physician, Dr. Winchester takes a clinical look at the whole you, taking into account nutritional, environmental, and physiological factors, all of which are key factors for weight loss, better nutrition, and optimal health. Our clinical approach is founded upon ways to reduce inflammation throughout the body in order to improve skin, reduce joint pain, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, reduce swelling, and improve overall gut health. When you work with our health coach, Austen Gross, you're seeking more than a quick fix when it comes to your diet and health. Looking past just the food you eat, she will take a look at every aspect of your well-being which can include relationships, your career, spirituality, and your environment.
