Pre-Race

stretching one on one.jpg

Before the race our trained rehabilitation specialists use Passive Muscle Activation Techniques to stretch. This is a warm-up technique aimed to release cold, tight muscles. This is a great way to warm-up the muscles and joints prior to running without putting the runner at risk of injury.

Post- Race

Kinesiology Taping

The taping process is meant to facilitate the body's natural healing process while allowing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body's range of motion. Taping can be very advantageous for runners who may have a previous injury, or someone who is just looking to increase their performance. Tape is non-latex, non-allergenic.
